On the 19th of July, various celebrities attended the event at The Mandrake Hotel in London, including AJ Odudu, Charlotte Hawkins, and Olivia Attwood.
Former Love Island winners Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and Davide Sanclimenti were also present, sparking rumors of a reunion after they were seen leaving together in a taxi.
It is alleged that Ron, who was the runner-up of Love Island’s winter series earlier this year with Lana, seemed visibly upset when they encountered each other at the party.
According to The Sun, Ron arrived at the party already intoxicated, having consumed some drinks at a venue in Essex earlier that evening.
“Ron was noticeably upset after bumping into his ex Lana so soon after their breakup. He started shouting at her, but she didn’t understand why,” an eyewitness told the publication.
“His friends Tom Clare and Shaq Muhammad had to pull him away, but he kept trying to follow her around the event.”
A friend of Lana’s also reportedly mentioned, “It upset her to see Ron so angry.”
Earlier this month, it was reported that the couple had ended their relationship, with a source stating, “Lana and Ron really invested everything into their romance and have been trying to make things work for some time now.”
They further stated to MailOnline, “Unfortunately, they have decided to separate, which is a decision they have made amicably, and of course, they still remain good friends.”
Apparently, the distance between Manchester and Essex, as well as managing their work commitments, proved to be too challenging for both of them.
In the past, Ron mentioned their plans of living together, stating, “One of her big goals and one of my big goals is to buy a place up there, and down here, have our own bases.
Then when we’re ready, it could be six months, a year, two years, I don’t know, then we’ll buy together.”
He also expressed how difficult it was to be away from Lana when they were apart.
The winter series of Love Island 2023 was won by Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan, who have since moved in together.
