Paris Saint-Germain have accepted Al Hilal’s £259 million bid for Kylian Mbappe, although the forward is not convinced and has other interested parties. Mbappe, who has refused to sign an extension with PSG, has been made available for transfer and was left out of the club’s pre-season tour. While he has a prearranged agreement to join Real Madrid next year on a free transfer, PSG is eager to secure a fee now. Al Hilal has proposed paying PSG the record-breaking transfer fee before offering Mbappe a one-year contract that would allow him to join Real for free next summer. However, Mbappe is hesitant to move to Saudi Arabia at this stage of his career, despite the lucrative salary offer. Barcelona has also scheduled a meeting with PSG regarding a potential transfer. Other clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham, have also expressed interest in Mbappe. Mbappe’s current contract with PSG expires in 2024. He scored 29 goals in Ligue 1 and seven goals in the Champions League last season.
